These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gram app and services. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Using Gram

1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to create an account.
2. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
3. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by local merchants.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by vetted providers. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all orders and applicable fees.

Delivery

Our goal is to deliver within minutes, but delivery windows are estimates and can be impacted by external factors. We will keep you informed of status updates in the app.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how to request returns or exchanges. Some categories may have special conditions.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
