Refund Policy
Effective date: November 11, 2025
We want every Gram order to arrive just right. If something goes wrong, our refund policy makes it easy to get help.
Eligibility
- Damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Missing items reported within 12 hours of delivery.
- Unopened electronics, fashion, and beauty products returned within 7 days (subject to merchant policies).
How to request a refund
Open the order in the Gram app, select “Get help”, and follow the steps to report an issue. Attach photos when possible to speed up review.
Resolution
We aim to process refund decisions within 48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Store credit may be offered for gift or promotional purchases.
